That’s why Studioworx have created the Software Skills Analysis or SSA, enabling directors and managers to understand, assess and build talent within their organisations, leading to increased efficiency, effectiveness and morale.

Who can take an SSA?

Currently, the SSA is designed to assess all users of Autodesk Inventor within a business. All businesses who use Inventor, no matter how big or small part of your business it is, are welcome to apply for the SSA programme.

What is involved?

Employees will be subject to a quick and straightforward online assessment, with a short interview and questionnaire. This is designed to be as unobtrusive as possible and fit around the company’s schedule and availability.

What do employers get?

At the end of the SSA process, employers will receive a concise report which classifies and quantifies employees’ abilities on Autodesk Inventor, and where there are areas for improvement. Where these are identified we can then offer a training programme specific to your company to rectify these issues and improve skills across the board.
