CAD Support

Studioworx offer a support service for those customers running Autodesk Digital Prototyping tools within their business. We have a dedicated team of Support Engineers who are able to help you with any technical issues you may be having.

Our standard service includes:

Support:it CAD is setup and maintained through a managed helpdesk system, and therefore is only for the support and assistance of CAD users, managers, in a break/fix situation.

IT Support

Our support:it technology support packages are designed to support all technical based issues involving your IT infrastructure, including desktops, servers, network and OS platforms.

This support is mainly web and email based, but we are flexible and do have the option to extend a full telephone based call logging and support service.

This package offers customers:
  • Online and E-mail support - optional Telephone Support
  • 4 hour response time
  • Remote Control
  • Remote Proactive Server & Network Monitoring
  • Regular Preventative Maintenance
  • Security and Patch Updates for System Security
  • Flexible Contract

Training Support

Exclusively offered free to customers of our Autodesk training packages. Studioworx understand you can’t always remember everything you are taught on a training course.

To ensure you get the most out of any CAD training you take with Studioworx we offer you free complementary follow-up support.**

This package entitles customers to:
  • Online Training Support - "Ask the Instructor"
  • Online Access to Course Training Material*
  • Support relevant to your training course
  • Length of support based on how much training you take**
  • Renewed whenever you take a new course, or for a monthly fee.
